Dr. Julia A. Andre
Julia provides clinical supervision and consultation for practitioners working with Complex PTSD, dissociative disorders, and omission trauma, taking a strongly experiential approach that combines schema therapy, EMDR, and somatic work. Her focus spans developmental and attachment trauma, dissociative presentations including dissociative identity disorder, depersonalisation, derealisation and structural dissociation, relational and intergenerational trauma, and the more invisible forms of harm rooted in emotional neglect and chronic misattunement rather than a single identifiable event. Drawing on a decade and 8,000+ hours of direct clinical practice across Europe and Asia, she supports supervisees in building the
pacing, structure, and nervous-system-informed judgement this work requires.
She is the founder of Undertrained.org, an initiative to build complex trauma and dissociation competence, book author of “Nothing Happened” and “Emotional Needs”, and consults on the Integrative Trauma Programme worldwide.
