Setting unavailable time on your calendar is a straightforward process. To begin, click the Edit Availability button situated on the top right side of your Calendar screen . Then, navigate to the My Unavailability section on the right side of your screen to schedule periods when you won’t be available. This feature allows you to specify specific dates when you need to override your standard availability, such as for vacations or conferences. Once you’ve made your desired configurations, just click Apply to save your changes and update your calendar accordingly.
