How does the appointment move to completed

The appointment moves to the Completed tab when it is marked as completed by the provider. This involves clicking on Mark Session Complete in the View Details option (three dots on the far right of the appointment in the Open tab). The provider follows the steps, including indicating if the note is signed, providing a discount, and adding a cash payment if necessary. If Paystack is connected, the system sends an invoice and payment link to the client. Once marked complete, the appointment transitions to the Completed tab.
