- When creating a new client or editing existing client profiles, add a linked contact.
- Check the box labeled “receive email notifications” to enable linked contacts to receive emails.
- Don’t forget to save changes after editing and updating linked contacts.
- Emails sent to the client will also be automatically sent to the linked contact.
