To add a note during a virtual call, click on the note section once the call has started. This section is hidden from the client. After completing the note, click Mark Note Complete if the session is over. This finalizes the note; however, if you save the note for later, you can still edit it in the notes section. Remember to mark the note complete or save for later before closing the video screen.
