If the camera isn’t functioning on a mobile device, follow these steps:
On Android Phones:
- Visit the gear icon to open Settings.
- Tap Security and privacy.
- Tap Privacy.
- Toggle Camera and Microphone access under Controls and alerts to enable/disable them.
- For specific app permissions, tap Permission manager.
On iPhones:
