How do I invite a team member to join my team

To invite a team member, provide their first and last name, phone number, and email address. Choose a role for them, and an invitation will be sent to their email. You can track their sign-in status and last activity in team management. Additionally, you can update their information and resend the invitation if needed.

Please note that only administrators or provider + administrators can invite team members. To access Team Management and invite team members, click on your image in the top right corner of the screen and select Team Management.

Please be aware that Team Management is only available with our PRO package. To upgrade and invite team members, contact us at support@trova.health.
