If a client has been archived and you want to reactivate them, follow these steps:
- Filter for Archived Clients:
- Go to the clients section.
- Change the filter to “Archived.”
- Select the Client:
- Find and select the client you want to unarchive.
- This will take you to the client’s profile
- Edit Client Profile:
- Click the menu option (three dots under the “Schedule Appointment” button).
- Select “Edit.”
- Save Details:
- Update any necessary information, then click “Save Details.”
- If no updates are needed, simply click “Save Details.”
The client will now appear on your active list.
