Clicking on the View Details button in the Open tab of the Appointments section offers detailed information, such as the client’s name, booking number, patient status, service details, and client details. Within this option, you can take the following actions:
- Mark Session Complete: If the session was successfully completed, you can use this option to confirm and complete the session. Follow the steps, including indicating if the note is signed, providing a discount, and adding a cash payment if necessary.
- Mark Session Missed: If the client missed the session, you have the option to mark it as missed. The information will be appropriately moved to the Missed tab in the Appointments section.
- Reschedule: If needed, you can also reschedule the appointment to a different date and time.
