The edit button in billing is available when an invoice is in Sent or Draft status. Here’s how to use it:
- Access the Edit Button:
- Click on an invoice that is in Sent or Draft status.
- Click the edit button.
- Edit Invoice Details:
- Add, edit, or remove invoice line items as needed.
- Add, edit, or remove invoice line items as needed.
- Insurance Invoices:
- For invoices in Draft or Sent status, click “Generate Invoice” to save the edited invoice.
- For invoices in Draft or Sent status, click “Generate Invoice” to save the edited invoice.
- Online Payment Invoices:
- For invoices in Sent status, click “Request Payment” to save the edited invoice.
- This action will send out a new payment link and invoice reflecting the changes made.
Please note: The edit button is not available for invoices in Paid status as the invoice has already been paid.
