There are several options to download a receipt or invoice on your phone:
Click to Download: If the preview does not load when you click to download, look for the link at the top of the screen that says “Click here to download it.” This should then download the invoice or receipt to your phone, giving you options such as Drive or Adobe Acrobat.
Alternate Download Link: If the initial download link does not work, you can click the open link in the middle of the screen to initiate the download.
Adobe Acrobat Reader App: If a receipt or invoice is not downloading to your phone properly, you may want to download the Adobe Acrobat Reader app. The app is free for basic functions such as this.
iPhone: Download Adobe Acrobat Reader iPhone
Android: Download Adobe Acrobat Reader Android
When cost comes up on Android phones, simply click on the “Not Now” option or on iPhone, click on the “X” to proceed.
Using Other Devices: You may also easily view the receipt via a laptop, iPad, or home computer.
