The Requests tab is dedicated to managing new patient appointment requests. This section specifically pertains to potential new clients, and existing clients will not be visible here. Providers receive notifications for new appointment requests in this tab, allowing them to review and decide whether to approve or reject them. If an appointment request is approved, it will seamlessly transition to the calendar and the relevant tab. Conversely, rejecting a request will promptly remove the appointment from the schedule, freeing up that time and date for other potential appointments.
