How do I accept or reject a client’s appointment request

In the Requests tab, locate the appointment request and click on View Details. Within the details card, you will find options to accept or reject the request. If accepted, the appointment will be moved to the Upcoming tab. In the case of rejection, the appointment will be removed from the appointments section. It’s essential to manage requests regularly to ensure you don’t miss any appointments. Please note that appointments in this section cannot be marked as completed or billed.
